Logan Airport Pick up Information

Your driver will have a sign with your name on the sign for all pickups.

Terminal A (Delta, Delta Shuttle, Continental)

From Baggage Claim, exit doors between Carousel 1 & 2 and cross all the way to Limo Pick Up.

Terminal B (US Airways, Air Canada, Alaska Air) *

From Baggage Claim, proceed upstairs and go out doors by the US Airways Shuttle ticket counter. Turn to your right and proceed to Private Limo area.

Terminal B (American, Spirit) *

From Baggage Claim, proceed up stairs. Exit doors by the American Airlines ticket counter and walk to your left towards the Private Limo area.

Terminal C (Jet Blue, United, Midwest Express) *

From Baggage Claim, proceed up stairs. Exit doors and cross traffic lanes to the outermost curb this is the Private Limo area.

Terminal E (Air Canada from Halifax, Northwest, All International Arrivals)

Exit the doors by the far left end of the terminal and cross the traffic lanes to the Private Limo area.

*NEW MASSPORT REGULATION - Effective Aug 15, 2008, passengers arriving into Terminal B & Terminal C will be required to call our office at 1-800-743-8904 once they are at the Limo Pickup Area ready to go. The car will then be sent to the Terminal for pickup.
